ArkonosSuite ("we", "our", "us") sells access to TradingView indicators. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and services.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Your TradingView username, so we can grant indicator access
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
• Support messages you send us

• To create and manage your account and subscription
• To grant and maintain your indicator access on TradingView
• To process payments and handle billing via Stripe
• To respond to support requests
• To send essential account and billing emails (never marketing without your consent)

4. Third-Party Processors

We use Stripe to process payments and Supabase to host our database and authentication. Both are contractually bound to protect your data and only process it on our instructions.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
