Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ArkonosSuite provides access to a suite of proprietary TradingView indicators (currently Arkonos Gold Core, Arkonos Custom Levels, and Arkonos Delta Dashboard) under a subscription or one-time lifetime licence, as described on our Pricing page.

2. Access & Delivery

Access is granted by inviting your TradingView username to the relevant private script. You must provide an accurate, active TradingView username at checkout. We currently grant access manually; expect access within one business day of a successful payment.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Essential and Pro Suite plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charge.

4. Refunds

If an indicator isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after this window are considered at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not share, resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to any indicator.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source logic of any indicator.
• Access is personal to the TradingView account you register at checkout.

We reserve the right to revoke access, without refund, for a confirmed breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All indicators, source code, documentation, and website content are the property of Arkonos Labs / ArkonosSuite and protected by copyright. A subscription or lifetime purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the indicator — not ownership of it.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ArkonosSuite indicators are analytical tools, not financial advice — see our Risk Disclosure for full detail. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our indicators or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
